It would have a big screen to watch sports with other residents and family,.. and a putting green ideally!

Why Lottie?

I want to play my part in evolving how families find care, while also bringing much deserved positivity to the care sector and all that work in it.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

I just love working with people and being able to help them. It’s great to be able to work with so many of Lottie’s other teams to be able to provide advice and support to our partners and make a real difference. The amazing team and dog-friendly office are an added bonus!

Dream Care Home?

Definitely somewhere with a lovely garden and preferably by the sea. I’d also love for it to be pet-friendly!

Why Lottie?

I’ve always wanted my time at work to feel meaningful and to work in a mission-driven environment. I love that Lottie’s foundation is to elevate later life and they approach this in such a positive way!

What’s your favourite part of the job?

I really enjoy speaking with people and getting to build great relationships with our partners! I also love being able to collaborate with the wider Lottie team and work on some exciting projects to bring more pink into the care sector!
