What kind of updates can I make?

To request updates to your postcodes, service overview, minimum visit duration, accepted funding types, or referral email addresses, please contact our onboarding team at onboarding@lottie.org.


You can update your pricing or add team members directly in the Partner Portal.


To update your pricing, click on 'Locations' in the navigation bar. 



To add a new team member, click on 'Invite' in the navigation bar:


Please note that there are different role permissions, and you can assign team members to specific locations.



We can currently include a video to enhance your listing, but image uploads are not supported. To add a video, please email an mp4 file to onboarding@lottie.org.
