You can follow the link "View and pay online now" featured on the invoice, or you can setup separately using this link. Please let our Finance team know at finance@lottie.org so that they can check it has been setup and linked to your account correctly. Note, we will still continue to send monthly invoices for your records but this is just for information purposes so if you do setup a direct debit please don't also process a manual payment.
