Modified on Fri, 2 May at 10:29 AM

At Lottie, we’re committed to working closely with you from the very beginning. Our onboarding team are passionate about working collaboratively with you to gather all the details we need to make your Care Home listings. Our aim is to ensure your listing pages are clear, accurate, and easy for care-seekers to navigate!

Lottie’s Top Tips for a High-Quality Listing Page

Keep Your Listing Information Up-to-Date

  • During onboarding, you'll receive an Information Request Form (IRF) to provide key details about your home(s). Be sure to include as much information as possible!
  • Have you added any new activities or changed your minimum respite stay? Let our team know, and we’ll adjust your listing for you
  • Accurate, up-to-date information helps to attract high-quality enquiries, as care-seekers can clearly see how your home meets their specific needs

Share High-Resolution Images of Your Care Home

  • We recommend all images are landscape and fit the dimensions of 2048 × 1366 (but this doesn’t need to be exact)
  • File formats: PNG or JPEG
  • File size: between 1.5 MB and 17 MB
  • We recommend sharing between 15-30 images, with a good mixture of interior and exterior views
  • Enhance your listing further by including images of resident-staff interactions and activities!
  • Our data shows that listings with videos or virtual tours generates more interest. If you’d like to know more about this, speak with your Account Manager about how Lottie can support you in boosting your media assets!

Ensure Transparent Pricing & Funding Information

  • Ensure your home’s available funding options are clear (e.g. private rates, NHS, local Authority, Local Authority + Top-up etc)
  • Transparent pricing ensures care-seekers feel confident that their financial and care needs align with your offerings, resulting in higher intent, targeted enquiries

Consider Adding a Special Offer

  • Lottie’s data shows that listings featuring special offers (e.g. “Enjoy 4 weeks for the price of 3 if you book before 30th November!”) can receive an uplift in engagement of up to 21% from care-seekers

Highlight What Makes Your Care Home Stand Out

  • Does your home offer something special? This might be nostalgia rooms for dementia residents, an on-site shop or bar, a putting green in the garden, trips out in the mini-van or dedicated key workers for residents
  • Including these unique offerings in your overviews or images can help care-seekers better understand your home, and can encourage higher-quality enquiries

Following these tips can help you to create listing pages that stand out and attract care-seekers who’s needs match what you offer. If you need any more assistance, please reach out to your account manager who will be more than happy to help you!
