As best practice, we recommend the following listing optimisations to ensure your home is seen accurately and has the best chance of getting engagement and enquiries.
- Up to date information - please review your listings on a regular basis to ensure that all the information is correct (pricing, facilities, activities etc.) This will ensure that your home/s are being matched to relevant care seekers when they are using the filter functionality on our location pages.
- USPs - if you have any USPs of your home that are not yet on your listing, especially other facilities or activities, please let us know and we can ensure that the overview copy reflects these.
- Media assets - media assets can have a big impact on whether a care seeker decides to make an enquiry and we tend to recommend 10+ that show a real breadth of what the home offers including a mix of interior (rooms & facilities), exterior and lifestyle. A mixture of media assets (including videos and virtual tours) is also a great way to increase engagement with your listings; the more content for care seekers to look through, the better informed they are to make their decision to enquire.
- Special offers - if you have a special offer running for your home/s then we can add this to your Lottie listing! Partners can see up to 20% uplift in enquiries when listing with a special offer.
