Why does my home not come up when I search it on Lottie?

If a home has a CQC score (or equivalent) of ‘Inadequate’ or is fully ‘Requires Improvement’ across all categories, we will be unable to add your listing to Lottie at this time.


Our team reconciles ratings on a regular basis and once a homes rating has changed, our onboarding team will build your listing and add it to Lottie.


Your listing may also may not appear on the website if the home’s availability has been turned OFF. You can update the availability for all of your homes through your Partner Portal. If you have any difficulties accessing your partner portal, please speak with your account manager.
