What is the Partner Portal for?

Here’s a link to your Partner Portal where you’ll be able to:

  • View all referrals. The default view shows leads from the past 30 days, with filtering options by date or referral type in the left menu.
  • Cross-reference with invoices. For example, if your invoice includes “2 Leads and 3 Direct Requests,” you can use the portal to identify each referenced care seeker.
  • Listen to tracked call recordings: Calls made through the tracked number on your listing will be recorded and available in your portal under “Qualified Calls” or “Non-Billable Calls,” pending review.
  • To grant additional email addresses access to the Partner Portal, please email homecare@lottie.org with the details.
