We’ve updated the Partner Portal to give you greater control and deeper insight into your referrals.
Here’s what you can now do:
View and manage all referrals: Access all your referrals in one place, with the option to filter by date.
Track the care seeker journey: Update each referral’s status as it progresses, from enquiry to assessment booked, to care package started. Add notes and edit care seeker details along the way.
- Lead temperature: Categorise referrals as cold, warm, or hot to help prioritise your follow-ups.
- Import other enquiries: Consolidate all your enquiries into the portal, keeping everything organised. If the same Lottie care seeker contacts you multiple times, their enquiries will be grouped under a single enquiry.
- Cross-reference invoices: For example, if your invoice lists “2 Domiciliary and 3 Live-in,” you can use the portal to identify each referenced care seeker.
- Listen to tracked call recordings: Calls made through the tracked number on your listing are recorded and accessible in the portal. You can listen to recordings and view transcripts to better understand conversations and review call handling.
- Reporting: Access detailed reports on your best-performing locations and enquiry management, with options to export this data.
