How will I know when I have an enquiry through Lottie?

You will receive an email when you receive a new enquiry and all enquiries will also appear in your Partner Portal. If you have not been set up to with access to you Partner Portal or to receive enquiries, or are experiencing issues with either of these then please contact your account manager who will be happy to help.
