What happens if a care seeker carries out multiple types of enquiry?

If a care-seeker enquires twice, you will only be charged for one enquiry. However, if the care seeker enquiries once via a brochure request (£50+VAT), and once by a direct call (£100+VAT) we will invoice you for the highest-intent enquiry (e.g. direct call, £100+VAT)
