Here’s our demo video recapping how Lottie works
We have three different enquiry types:
Lead: When a care seeker fills out a care form, we match them with up to 3 partners who align with their needs. You’ll receive a referral email instantly if you’re selected, allowing you to contact the seeker directly.
Direct Request: This occurs when a care seeker contacts you directly through your Lottie profile. You receive the same information as a lead, but this reflects higher intent since the seeker specifically requested your details.
Direct Call / Concierge Call: A direct call happens when a care seeker calls you via the tracked number on your listing. We manually review calls and charge only if there’s an actionable outcome, such as booking an assessment or scheduling a callback. Concierge Calls are similar but involve Lottie’s care experts calling on behalf of the seeker.
Please note: While we provide these different enquiry types, charges are applied based on the type of care, not the enquiry type.
Domiciliary care referrals are priced at £30 each.
Live-in care referrals are priced at £60 each.
Prices exclude VAT.
