Here’s our demo video recapping how Lottie works
Lottie provides three types of referrals as part of your agreement, all of which are included and required to remain active. Please note that we charge per referral, regardless of the outcome (unless disputed for one of the reasons we accept).
For context, Leads are the most commonly used referral type by care seekers, followed by Direct Requests and Qualified Calls.
Lead – When a care seeker fills out a care form, we match them with up to 3 partners who align with their needs. If you’re one of the selected partners, you’ll instantly receive a referral email, allowing you to contact the seeker directly. You are charged upon receiving the referral email.
Direct Request – This occurs when a care seeker reaches out to you directly through your Lottie profile. You’ll receive the same information as you would for a lead referral, but since this is a higher-intent inquiry as they've requested your information directly.
Direct Call / Concierge Call – A direct call happens when a care seeker calls you using the tracked phone number on your Lottie listing. We manually review each call, and you’ll only be charged if we determine there is an actionable outcome, such as booking a self-assessment or scheduling a callback. A Concierge Call is similarly qualified but involves Lottie’s care expert team calling on behalf of the seeker.
Please note these prices are not inclusive of VAT.
