At Lottie, we aim to serve care seekers at all stages of their journey and as such offer the below types of enquiry:
- Direct Call: This is when a potential Care Seeker calls you directly from your Lottie listing. These are charged at £100 +VAT per qualified call.
- Concierge Call: In this case, our Care Experts have spoken with a Care Seeker through our Care Concierge service. Once they’re vetted, the experts will connect the Care Seeker to you either through your central hub or directly to your home. These are charged at £100 +VAT per qualified call.
- Direct Request: This happens when a Care Seeker asks for a brochure from your Lottie listing. We send them a digital version and notify you by email with their details so you can reach out. These are charged at £50 +VAT per direct request.
- Shortlist Lead: This is when a Care Seeker fills out a questionnaire on our platform. We match their needs with homes within their area and budget. If your home is provided as a good match, the Care Seeker will get your information, and you’ll be notified by email with their details unless you have Automated Responses switched on. If you do not have Automated Responses (see FAQs below) switched on. These are charged at £25 +VAT if you appear on the shortlist.
