Absolutely! Setting a monthly cap allows you to receive referrals up to your budgeted limit.
Once your cap is reached, we’ll notify you via email and temporarily hide your profile to protect your budget until the end of the month. At that point, you’ll also have the option to increase your cap if you'd like to continue receiving referrals.
Your cap be kept active for as long as you wish and can be adjusted as you go. Please note that we don’t offer caps below £150 per listing. If you'd like assistance setting a monthly spending cap, please email us at homecare@lottie.org.
