Here’s how we aim to ensure high-quality referrals:

  1. Initial Screening: We confirm seekers meet your criteria (postcode, funding type, visit length, care type).
  2. Contact Preferences: Seekers are asked if they’d like their top 4 matches to contact them directly by phone. Around 33% opt out at this stage and are not sent to any partners.
  3. Verification: Those who request phone contact must verify their mobile number. A further 27% drop out here, ensuring only highly engaged seekers are referred to partners.
  • While care referrals do involve some level of human unpredictability, our system is designed to gauge intent as effectively as possible.
