Why do you record call enquiries?

Using a software called Twilio, we record call enquiries made through Lottie to allow us to show partners which call enquiries have come via Lottie and to charge partners for only those that are qualified.


It also offers Partners the added benefit of being able to listen back to qualified calls for their own quality control purposes but also to ensure their happy with the quality of the referral.


We alert to care seekers that the call is being recorded and that Lottie is transferring the care seeker to the provider. We have also passed multiple data controlling/privacy standards accreditations including Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001.
