Can I mark enquiries as duplicates or archived?

Duplicates: The system merges enquiries from the same contact + location + service user automatically — so you don’t have to!


Archive: These Closed (lost) reasons will archive your enquiry:

Archived enquiries will not be included in reporting and will disappear from the Enquiries table. For tracking everything else, use the other Closed (lost) reasons and the enquiry stages so your reporting stays meaningful.
