Can I track enquiries from other sources (e.g. phone, email, other marketplaces)?

Enquiries can be manually added by clicking the Add new enquiry button at the top right hand corner in the Enquiries section. 


You are then guided to add a Contact before adding the Enquiry details. 


Enquiries must be connected to a contact. To indicate where the enquiry came from, assign the enquiry contact method and source.
