How do I close an enquiry that won’t progress any further?

Go to the enquiry profile, click the Triple Dot, and select Close enquiry. You’ll be prompted to share why it didn’t go ahead, helping with transparency and future reporting:

  • Change in circumstances
  • Requirements not met
  • Chosen a different provider/solution
  • Enquiry unrelated to care
  • Unable to contact
  • Not ready to progress conversations
  • Duplicate enquiry
  • Test/human error/spam
  • Other
