- Update the enquiry Stage
- Keep Contact, Service User and Enquiry details up to date
Here’s a quick guide:
- Pending: Try calling the contact 3 times and send a brochure via email.
- Contacted: Follow up, share key info (e.g. intro to the manager, menu, activities).
- Visit/Assessment: Confirm the booking, send reminders, and follow up after.
This keeps the care journey smooth and visible for your team.
