How do I move an enquiry to a different stage in the Partner Portal?

Great work on getting the enquiry in! As it progresses, you can:

  • Update the enquiry Stage
  • Keep Contact, Service User and Enquiry details up to date


Here’s a quick guide:

  • Pending: Try calling the contact 3 times and send a brochure via email.
  • Contacted: Follow up, share key info (e.g. intro to the manager, menu, activities).
  • Visit/Assessment: Confirm the booking, send reminders, and follow up after.


This keeps the care journey smooth and visible for your team.
