Despite our best efforts and continued improvements to the qualification of Lottie’s referrals, there occasionally may be some enquiries deemed to be unqualified by partners.
Enquiries can be disputed if:
- The enquirer was known to you before
- The enquirer was a job seeker
- The enquirer was not ready to progress conversations
- The enquirer is located out of your territory or lives too far away
- The enquirer is unable to afford your service
- The enquirers care requirements cannot be met by your service
To dispute an enquiry, all you need to do is log in to your Partner Portal, and simply keep your 'closed (lost)' reasons up to date and we'll do the rest automatically. To close an enquiry, press the button with the three dots in the top right corner.
