Our Enquiry Dispute Process

While we continuously work to enhance the qualification of Lottie’s referrals, we understand some enquiries may still be seen as unqualified by partners.


For all referral disputes, we kindly ask all partners to use this form. You can also find it at the bottom left of your Partner Portal.


Please note that disputes must be submitted within 5 working days. This allows us to understand the data in real-time and work to minimise these occurrences.


Enquiries can be disputed if:

  • The enquirer was known to us before
  • The enquirer was a job seeker
  • The enquirer was not ready to progress conversations
  • The enquirer is located out of our territory or lives too far away
  • The enquirer is unable to afford your service
  • The enquirers care requirements cannot be met by your service
