Our Enquiry Dispute Process

Modified on Thu, 7 Aug at 6:24 AM

Despite our best efforts and continued improvements to the qualification of Lottie’s referrals, there occasionally may be some enquiries deemed to be unqualified by partners.

To dispute an enquiry, all you need to do is log in to your Partner Portal, and simply keep your 'closed (lost)' reasons up to date and we'll do the rest automatically. To close an enquiry, press the button with the three dots in the top right corner.

Enquiries can be disputed if:

Changes in circumstances:

  • Prospective service user is deceased

Requirements not met:

  • We are not in a suitable location

Enquiry unrelated to care:

  • Entertainment
  • Job seeker
  • Journalist
  • Selling something (e.g. beds)
  • Service provider (e.g. hair, nails, feet)

Not ready to progress conversations:

  • Mystery Shopper

Test/Human Error/ Spam:

  • Enquiry created due to human error
  • Spam enquiry
  • Test enquiry

Duplicate Enquiry:

  • Duplicate (If known to you already outside of Lottie)

All duplicate enquiries are automatically removed in month.

Please avoid selecting 'other' when disputing referrals, otherwise the dispute WILL NOT be processed.

Currently only referrals closed for these reasons will be automatically waived. All other closed reasons will be chargeable. We are currently improving visibility on this process.
