Despite our best efforts and continued improvements to the qualification of Lottie’s referrals, there will sometimes be some enquiries deemed to be unqualified.
Reasons include:
- The enquirer was a job seeker
- The enquirer was known to us before
- The enquirer is located out of our territory
- The enquirer wasn't looking for care (e.g selling a service)
- The enquirers care requirements cannot be met by our service
Recognising this, we have developed a form to allow partners to dispute individual enquiries that they deem to be unqualified. If approved, these will be removed from your invoicing.
If you would like to dispute any enquiries, please use this form. You can also find it at the bottom left of your partner portal. We ask partners to submit disputes within 5 working days using this form so we can better understand the data in real-time and work to minimise these occurrences.
