What happens if I can't make contact with a care seeker?

Modified on Tue, 3 Jun at 8:24 AM

We’re constantly fine-tuning our lead enquiry types to ensure the highest quality for referrals and are committed to filtering out individuals who aren’t genuinely interested in engaging.

We completely understand the frustration that can arise when a referral fails to engage, despite our process. As these occurrences are not common, we encourage partners to view Lottie as an overall marketing investment, which typically yields a healthy return over a set period of time. As with any marketing outlay, some of the referrals that come in are better than others and we would be very confident that overall the enquiries from Lottie vs the cost to our partners will be be hugely beneficial to your business.

Although our pricing structure remains consistent regardless of the outcome (which allows for a strong ROI), we do remove referrals in good faith under specific circumstances, such as when they’re actively seeking work, the care information wasn’t as stated on the form or if their number was confirmed to be invalid (as apposed to not answering). While we cannot waive fees each time a care seeker doesn’t engage, we’re committed to ensuring that these do not become frequent issues.

We’re confident in our ability to deliver success to you, ultimately proving our worth as a solid source of self funded referrals.
