What’s the difference between an enquiry and a contact?

Modified on Mon, 2 Jun at 10:58 AM

  • Contact – A care seeker who is looking for care either for themselves or for someone else. Each contact only appears once in your account, no matter how many locations you have.

  • Enquiry – A record showing that a contact is interested in learning more about a specific location. Enquiries usually involve a Service User the care is intended for. Each enquiry represents a unique pairing of a contact, location and where known, service user.
